Marble is strong and durable but also delicate if handled incorrectly. Due to the delicate nature of our products, we take extreme care to pack the articles so that they reach you in perfect condition. Since the articles require specialized packing, we do not accept returns, as there are high chances of these articles being damaged during international transit.
We assure the highest quality items with genuine semi precious stones.

Our products are made from natural materials: colors, patterns, and sizes may vary, and are part of the natural beauty of our designs. They are not considered defects.
If the goods arrive to you broken or damaged, please contact info@bespokehomejewels.com within 48 hours of receipt. Photographs are required for all damage claims.
We do not issue credit note. We will be happy to exchange the product at the same or higher value.
TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE:
Email pietraduraarts@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. The customer is responsible for the return shipping. Please pack the product securely, in the same way you received it, using sufficient bubble wrap, or bubble bags. Pietra Dura Arts does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, mishandled or damaged.

How Long Will It Take to Process My Return?
It usually takes 10- working days to process a return and provide a replacement or refund. Here’s the breakdown of the process:

2.Replacement: If approved, the replacement product will be dispatched within 3 days and delivered as per the shipping policy.
